PCA Report paragraph 163. Title from David and Goliath p110.
163. Mr Karam has attributed to Detective Sergeant Weir a remark made by Justice Williamson which seems intended to improperly suggest that the officer was confused and uncertain over the position of the lens. In his book, Mr Karam quotes Detective Sergeant Weir as saying in evidence "Right here your Honour. I actually spoke to the Police photographer this morning. We believe one of the photo books may have a better quality photo of the remainder. It is there. I was looking in the wrong place? The words in italics were actually spoken by Justice Williamson and not by Detective Sergeant Weir. This has been confirmed by the Crown Prosecutor, Mr Wright.
