David did not experience shock at the murder scene

The ambulance staff had a finger monitor on David at the time of his “convulsion” but readings did not alter, nor did his eyes roll back.  This caused them to believe they were witnessing a “Hollywood”. These were extremely experienced officers and said they did not need to give him any medical assistance and he did not require further assessment for trauma or shock at the hospital. The Police were concerned as to how to remove David from the scene and transport him to the Police Station so as not to raise suspicion, they had noticed the blood on his socks and wanted to preserve this evidence and so asked the Ambulance people to carry him out and assist them in this matter. Media assumed he was being taken to the Hospital but this wasn’t so.
